💯My Radial Symmetry Art🎨

Kia Ora Khalid here today I will be sharing my radial symmetry art.

here is my writing about it

This term we have been creating our Calendar Art.

First, we folded a small, square piece of paper in half, and made a triangular shape.  Then we drew patterns on the paper. My patterns were lines, diamonds with a dot inside it, triangles that are symmetrical, heads with a triangle on it, hills. Diamonds with a line next to it, triangles that are repeating until they become smaller, lines that connect and lines.

Next, we drew over the pattern and transferred it onto a foam square. We used a colour pencil, I used green  to draw the pattern onto the foam.

Then we made a test print.  We made a test print by printing it in a colour to see if the foam works

 

We made a test print because we needed to test if the foam is strong enough to go onto the paper.

On a new piece of paper, we painted a rainbow background using The colours of a rainbow in order are red,orange,yellow,green,blue,indigo and violet.

Finally, we printed our pattern onto our rainbow background. I chose black coloured printing ink because it stands out perfect with the colours of the rainbow.

A challenge I had when making my art piece was printing the final piece of art.

 

I like my Radial Symmetry Art because it just look cool and the way it is symmetrical.

Kia Ora Khalid here today I will be posting a blog about my creative writing.

In this writing my goal was to: Check that my ideas are supported by details in each paragraph.

Here is one of my writing that I did and put my goal in it.

Football stars⚽

The game started 5v5 Team A: CR7,Mbappe,Messi,Rodric and Griezmann are versing Team B the aliens. There were versing them so they can save the world.  They wanted their family,friends and mostly their land and they had only one thing to do to save the world is to win the aliens.

 The worst thing about the game was that there were no goal keepers.It was a hard game there were playing furiously like a bolt of light. at halftime it was 6 all and the players were becoming tired but they knew they had to save the world so they continued they came up with the idea to use their powers. 

Second half of the game started and Rodric kicked the ball high enough for Ronaldo to do the Great bicycle kick and GOAL! Ronaldo made the goal. Then Messi steals the ball of the 1 alien and then goes inside the box then GOAL! Another goal from The All Stars. It was now 8-6 and they just needed 2 more goals to win the match of the world.then they switch. Ronaldo and Messi were at the back and Mbappe, Rodric and Griezmann were at the front but they needed the third defense so then they had Rodric at back Ronaldo to Mbappe then Mbappe sprints then GOAL! Now they need 1 more goal to finish the aliens and get the world back then Mbappe pases the ball to Griezmann then GOOOOAL! 

The all stars win the world back the aliens ran away as fast as they could to go back area 51 and the stars they happily go back to there home land and the aliens never tried or even thought about coming back to Earth to take control of it.

THE 🥁DRUM OF EID🕋

Kia Ora Khalid here today I will be sharing my creative writing.

we’ve been learning about simple,compound,complex.

The peaceful muslims are happy after fasting and prayers remembering god and crying in sorrow for the valuable month of ramadan we see the shining moon of eid then we know it’s the excellent eid when muslims  be happy also see friends and family. The family of the drum of eid had a big problem “where do we pray”? “Where are we going to do the drum”? they almost were going to give up and not do the drum this eid. as the drummer sadly walked back home with his drum  as he went home his mailbox was open  the drummer got a paper from the eid festival manager saying “Dear the EID drummer we need you for our eid celebration to do the drum so we can have joy in this eid”. The family happily jumped as they found a nice place to do the drum of eid. Then the day eid came the happy drummer banged the drum and then everyone started cheering. The drum of eid was solved. God was happy so as the muslims and the family of the drum of eid

here is my story.

It had been an ordinary day until the rain came and the waves were appearing in a sudden shock. The boy was worried he saw a lightning that followed with a BANG! The boy was so scared  that he falled down. Luckily he was caught by a floating umbrella that helped him go. He saw a flying umbrella. He caught it in a second. He saw a great rainbow but thought that he needed safety instead of a rainbow.

Kia ora Khalid here today I will be sharing my La Luna sick sentences.

How did I make sick sentences better?

  • I added a better sentence starter because it is more interesting for the reader to read by using an adverb as my starter.
  • I described the raft by calling it tiny and brown and described the water with it.
  • I described the stars by calling it white and shiny.
  • I described what sound was around the background and I said it was quiet.
    Silently, the tiny raft  sat on the stabled water. The stars were shining bright. It was silent and not a human bean spoke.
